Bernardo Guerra

Hi, I’m Bernardo, a senior at Avenues. I was born in Brazil but moved to the U.S. when I was two, and now I’ve returned here for my last two years of high school. I first got involved with MUN last year at AveMUN III, which was actually my first conference. Since then, I've been interested in politics and government. Additionally, I have participated in various State and National Conferences. Beyond MUN, I enjoy playing volleyball, hanging out with my girlfriend, and reading. I’m excited to chair for the first time and to learn as much as I can from all of you delegates.

Nicholas Oliveira

Hi everyone, my name is Nicholas Oliveira, I'm currently a sophomore attending St Nicholas Pinheiros School, and I'll be your Co-Chair in the Historical Security Council this conference. I began my MUN journey in grade 7, and have loved attending each conference ever since. When I stepped into my first senior committee I was terrified and I didn't know anybody aside from the delegates from my school. By taking the next steps in my MUN journey since that time, I have made lifelong connections and overcome my fear of public speaking in front of fellow delegates. MUN has played a vital part in my development, and I'm excited to be able to be your chair at this conference. As a side note, I very much enjoy listening to music and playing basketball.
